"Anna Creek" LSS School
"S.Kidman & Co attracts. motivates and retains the best people available to the industry. Staff are fostered through a program of training, with safety as high priority." With this in mind, Rod, Nic and Grahame recently ran a LSS school on "Anna Creek" for employees of S.Kidman & Co. "Anna Creek" station is a 6 million acre cattle station, near Lake Eyre in S.A.
Randall Crozier the manager of "Anna Creek" ,along with his wife Tania was our host. We had a great time sharing LSS with an enthusiastic group of young people, who are the backbone of this company. We were impressed with the culture Randall has created as well as the facilities provided for staff. Rod, the station cook had us well fed and watered. Greg Campbell participated in the school and shared with us the importance Kidman's place on the welfare their people & livestock, as well as sustainable land management.
